How to Raise a Complaint

We want everyone who reaches out to Plantfitness Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or messaged Plantfitness Walk-In Tubs
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
• How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Plantfitness Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@plantfitness.world and include:

• Your name and the preferred way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
